Between the Ordinary and the Extraordinary! Who Are We? ‘High Five’ Five strangers – Taekwondo prodigy Wan Seo, struggling writer Ji Seong, rookie manager Seon Nyeo, rigid team leader Yak Seon, and eccentric jobless Gi Dong – come from completely different walks of life. Meanwhile, Yeong Chun, the charismatic yet dangerous leader of the cult-like “New God Church”, receives a pancreas transplant from the same donor, and with it, a terrifying ability. Believing these powers are divine gifts, he sets out to find and absorb the abilities of the others, hoping to ascend as an all-powerful being.
